Rare "Elvis is back!" inner sleeve which early copies of this record came with.
This was the first all Elvis inner sleeve from RCA Victor and is today highly sought-after.

 

 

Third and last mono release, Indianapolis pressing (-16S/-19S), White Top RCA Victor label with Monaural at bottom, released October 1964.

 

 

Third stereo release, Indianapolis pressing (-9S/-9S), White Top RCA Victor label with Stereo at bottom, released October 1964.

 

 

The White Top records first came in the fourth version of all Elvis inner sleeve (21-112-1-40B).
